Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing time

Every order is prepared and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within about 10 business days — around 2 weeks in total from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates

• Orders over $70: free standard shipping
• Orders under $70: $15 flat rate

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, email us at info@lunesoie.net with your order number and we'll make it right.
