Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your silk. If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. No need to send anything back — keep the item.

How to request a refund

Email info@lunesoie.net with your order number and a few words about what didn't work for you. We may ask for a photo, especially if an item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different color, simply place a new order.

Shipping costs

Refunds cover the price of the items. If you paid for shipping on your order, it will be refunded as well when your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
